Arrival and Departures
Your room or apartment will be ready on arrival from 15.00 clock (3 pm). We would like to ask you to contact us 1 to 2 days prior to arrival, so that we can compare your expected arrival time and other current matters.
On your departure day, your room or apartment, unless otherwise agreed, should be checked out by 10.00 clock.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions are in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations. Only cancellations in writing are accepted.

Payment Options
You have the option to pay in cash or to make a transfer into our account. We will supply you with the account details at time of reservation. Deposit 30% when booking. The rest is payable at the end of your stay.
